Do neighbours share the cost of a boundary fence?
In Victoria, adjoining owners generally contribute to a dividing fence under the Fences Act. We can provide the quote documentation you need for that conversation with your neighbour.
How high can my fence be?
Standard boundary fences are typically up to 2m; front fences have lower limits that vary by council. We'll advise what applies at your address.
Timber or something else?
We build in timber because it's what we know and what we love. It's cost-effective, repairable and looks better with a home than almost anything else when it's built and finished well.
How long does a new fence take?
Most residential fences are done in one to three days on site depending on length and complexity, old fence removal included.
