Built to Australian standards
We frame in quality structural pine and LVL/engineered timber to AS 1684 and your project's engineering specifications, with correct bracing, tie-downs and fixings throughout. Frames are left inspection-ready, and we coordinate with your building surveyor's requirements so sign-off is smooth.

Do you frame extensions and renovations, or just new builds?
Both. A large share of our framing work is extensions, garage conversions and structural alterations to existing homes, including tying new frames neatly into old structures.
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes. Load-bearing wall removals need engineering input and the right beam, correctly installed and supported. We coordinate with your engineer and, where a permit is required, your registered builder and surveyor, so the work is done compliantly and signed off.
Do you work from engineering drawings?
Always, where they exist. We quote from your plans and build to the specified members, fixings and bracing. If your project doesn't have drawings yet, we can point you to the right people.
Is a permit needed for framing work?
Structural work generally falls under a building permit for the wider project. We'll tell you up front what your job needs and make sure the work is inspection-ready.
Do you work with builders as well as home owners?
Yes. We quote frame-stage packages from drawings for builders, and handle complete jobs directly for home owners.
