Do you renovate kitchens and bathrooms?
We handle the carpentry backbone of any renovation (structural changes, framing, doors and finishing work) and coordinate with other trades where a project needs them. Tell us what you're planning and we'll be straight about what we can take on.
Can you open up my living area?
Removing walls to create open-plan living is one of our most requested jobs. If the wall is load-bearing it needs engineering and the right beam. We'll tell you up front what's involved and who needs to be part of the job.
Do renovations need permits?
Structural alterations and additions generally do; cosmetic work generally doesn't. We'll map out what your project needs before anything starts.
Can you work in stages to suit our budget?
Yes. Many clients stage their renovation over time. We'll help you sequence it so each stage stands on its own and nothing gets redone later.
